TEAM! TEAM! TEAM! - The way to win the game of business.
When Penn State wins or loses a football game it is never the result of just one player or coach. Is it?
This is true for my business and yours. We don't win a new client based on just one person's efforts. So, if the goal is grow a profitable business and help our clients succeed, we need to teach our TEAM to succeed.
Most business books, seminars, webinars and education materials are directed at company owners, CEO's and management. This leads to mind set that says, "If I want MY company to grow, I must MAKE it grow." This belief doesn't include the team of people who work for you.
In April of 2011, I attended a seminar that Author, Robert Stevenson. He said that if your business is going to grow, your people need to grow (develop leadership skills) with it, or when your business has grown you will need to replace your employees with new ones that have a higher leadership skill.
The way to win the business game is through your team.

I wanted a way to implement the 52 Habits. So here's the plan I created.
Each week I video record me (or another team member) reading this week's Habit with some comments about what I think about the habit and how it impacts my life personally or at work.
- I email out the link to video on Monday
- Sue gives each person a sheet of paper with the tip on it (and posts it in public areas)
- Sue writes the Habit on our whiteboard wall for everyone to leave their comments
I believe, that what we think about we manifest in our lives. If my team can think about being positive or smiling... What bad could come of that? None!
