Website Development TEAM Leader Overview EZSolution has been developing websites for 15 years. We onboard around 100 new website projects each year as well as maintain over 300 websites. Reason for the opening The business is growing and we need to restructure our processes. We are moving our current project manager into a new position of website copywriting. Copywriting has become such a significant part of the current project manager’s job that we feel her talents are best used in this area. We are looking for the new project manager to not only manage the projects but to manage the team and be responsible for the ROI of each project. Experience/Required Skills 5 years’ experience managing website projects Technical knowledge of web development Web development marketing knowledge (What makes a good website) Excellent computer user skills Excellent communication skills Excellent leadership skills Tasks Ability to consult with the client on what will best help them Manage all website projects Handle the schedule of 6 team members 2 designers 1 programmer 1 updater 1 copywriter 1 assistant project manager Team members report directly to you How will you know if you are successful? Websites launch on time and on budget Clients give glowing post project feedback surveys. Clients give positive feedback without being asked. Team members are happy to work with you Generate website maintenance revenue PL responsibility for the web division This position reports to the President.
