Tom Malesic

Tom is a graduate of Penn State University. He started EZSolution in 1997 with a vision for technology. Tom's philosophy has always been that the clients come first. Even with the tremendous growth the company has experienced, his conviction to this philosophy has not waned. He continues to be very hands-on, directing the day to day operations in marketing, sales and customer service, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure the business runs smoothly. He even answers the phone on occasion.

Bill Hager

Bill is a member of a family long prominent in Lancaster's history. As a business developer he helped establish the first wireless communication system in central Pennsylvania and is well known for his leadership role with networking groups. Bill is passionate about bringing web site design and search engine marketing solutions to area businesses. He is actively involved in several organizations including LeTIP and the Sertoma Club of Lancaster where he has served as an active member for 25 years and on the Board of Directors for 10 years. He is also the Co-President of the Lancaster Road Runners Club, an avid bicyclist, SCUBA diver and an exhibited photographer.

Richard Crockett

Richard joined EZSolution in 2008 as our service manager following an extensive career in technology support and marketing.

In The summer of 2010 he was promoted to the new position of Marketing Manager. When Rich joined EZSolution in 2009, he was working as a business consultant. He had been Interim Executive Director at S. June Smith Center, a consultant to non-profits and served as General Manager of a Lancaster technology company, Director of Business Development at Gilbert Architects and General Manager of Provident Bookstores. He has 40 years' experience in marketing and business development and management. He is a graduate of Goshen College

For those of you who had frequent contact with Rich, you knew he had a much broader business background than technology. Those broader interests also show up in non-work activity. Rich is a great cook, loves all things Vermont, has a sweet new granddaughter, directs a men's choir, sings with Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, rides bike and enjoys traveling with his wife, Mary Jane.

Some of Richard's more interesting adventures include singing at Carnegie Hall, shaking hands with both JFK and LBJ and riding his bike in Jordan for 6 straight days. Richard and his wife Jane have been married for 39 years and have 2 sons, Mike, living in Vermont and Josh, in Denver CO.

Becky Konzelmann

Becky joined EZ Solution in May of 2011 as a Project and Social Media Manager. A graduate of Millersville University with a B.S. in Business Administration Marketing and Management, she spent 10 years working in the Telecommunications field assisting customers with their telephone and data services. At EZSolution, Becky contributes by copywriting for websites and works as a liaison between our clients and web development team. She also oversees our customer's social media needs, including Facebook Fan Page posts, administration and sales. She is excited to help businesses grow by utilizing social media to increase their footprint and customer base.

In her spare time, Becky enjoys camping with her son, Keeton and poodle Kolby; singing with her church worship team; serving in children's ministry; scrapbooking; and reading. She desires to make a positive difference in others lives and is eager to offer assistance anyway possible.

Susan Krutsick

Susan is a native of Bethesda, Maryland and attended Ohio State University. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing, spending 23 years in outside sales to commercial and industrial businesses in Lancaster and Berks counties.

Susan joined EZSolution in late 2007 as a sales assistant, contacting prospective customers and scheduling appointments for Tom. Susan is active in her church and community, serving on various committees and boards. In her spare time Susan enjoys reading, baking, music and dancing. Susan also loves the outdoors, especially when traveling the country with her husband Bernard.

Stacey Snovel

Stacey joined the EZSolution team as our Administrative Assistant after a 4 year career in the legal field. Stacey graduated with a B.S. in Speech Communications/Theatre from Millersville University in 2007, so you might catch her singing around the office. When Stacey isn't keeping the office up and running she can be found out and about all over Lancaster and York County with her friends rocking out to great local bands. Stacey also enjoys live theatre, shopping, karaoke bars, and most of all lazy Sundays with her Boyfriend.
