Matt Boaman

Matt is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Computer Science in 2007. After completing two successful internships and working for an insurance company, Matt joined the EZSolution team as a programmer in 2009. He enjoys working on large scale database driven websites and providing solutions to complex problems. In addition to programming, Matt also brings search engine optimization and social media skill sets to the table. This helps our clients obtain and maintain the coveted Top 10 Ranking placement in Google's organic search engine results. In his spare time, Matt enjoys driving his Mustang, playing Texas Hold Em Poker, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary Eileen Graczyk

Mary Eileen joined EZSolution in August of 2010 as a project manager and SEO specialist. She brings her background in IT and over 10 years of project management experience to our growing team.

Starting her career in IT, Mary Eileen provided help desk support for several large organizations including Air Products and Merck. She moved into IT consulting and later worked her way up to project management, specializing in hardware and software rollouts.

Mary Eileen graduated from Montgomery College with an Associate's Degree. In 2009, Mary Eileen went back to school to obtain a certificate in Web Design from LCCTC.

Mary Eileen enjoys spending time with her husband and boys.

Josh Hurst

Josh joined EZSolution in November of 2010 to work as an SEO Specialist. Prior to his work at EZSolution he worked in a variety of fields including security, construction, retail, customer service, delivery and inventory receiving.

Josh is enjoying his new role, helping customers achieve first page placement in the search engines.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys drawing, gaming, outdoor activities and watching Netflix movies and History Channel.

Born and raised in Ephrata, Josh continues to make his home there along with his wife, Heather, who works in EZSolution's web development department.

Bill Ford

Bill eagerly joined our EZSolution team as an SEO specialist in January of 2011. He attended Millersville University and has a varied work background including transportation, construction, landscaping and lawn care, shipping and receiving, production and team management. Bill is enjoying his new career and looks forward to the daily challenges that come with it.

When he's not helping clients obtain their "first page status," he enjoys riding motorcycle with his wife, Evey, camping, outdoor activities, playing drums and bass guitar.

A native of Lancaster County, Bill has traveled and lived up and down the East Coast from Canada to the Florida Keys, but hopes to get the opportunity to go west while he's still a young man.

Roselyn Medrano

Rose joined EZSolution in May of 2011 as an SEO and Internet Marketing Specialist. In addition to SEO, she works with Pay Per Click marketing. Prior to EZSolution, Rose was a medical assistant at the York City Health Bureau.

She has an Associates Degree in Specialized Business and will complete her BA from Elizabethtown in 2013.

Rose is the mother of Roberto, a highly energetic little boy, who takes up all of her spare time. Her hobby is shopping and she says she has a "PhD" in THAT field.

Her goal is to finish her Bachelors degree and work in a job she enjoys with people she likes.
