Tom is a graduate of Penn State University. He started EZSolution in 1997 with a vision for technology. Tom's philosophy has always been that the clients come first. Even with the tremendous growth the company has experienced, his conviction to this philosophy has not waned. He continues to be very hands-on, directing the day to day operations in web design, marketing, sales and customer service, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure the business runs smoothly. Kay May Kay hails from sleepy little Shiremanstown PA, in Cumberland County. Her heritage and family is from Lancaster so it was only natural that she found herself returning to the area. Kay's background is in the Communications Field of Design, Marketing, Advertising & Print media with a Bachelors Degree in Business. Kay enjoys swimming, dancing, and painting. Her biggest accomplishment was building a log house from the ground up! Her best accomplishment is her daughter Jamie. Her goals are to become the next Donald Trump. Amy Christaldi Amy is a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in Business Administration. Amy worked as a technical support rep. and computer instructor before joining us in 2000 as our Marketing Director. After working with our internet marketing clients for over 7 years, Amy recently took over as Project Manager and now works as a liason between our web development team and our clients. Amy also assists clients with their copywriting needs, often taking the wording from an old brochure or a concept the customer has come up with and adding a new spin that's descriptive and internet friendly. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband Rob, going to the beach, scrollsawing and reading. Heather Wasneuski Heather graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Computer Animation in 1999. After completing several freelance projects, Heather joined EZSolution in 2000 as our Senior Web Designer/Developer. Heather is in charge of the conceptual design of all client websites. She works with each new client to create a design that reflects their business needs. This includes helping to decide on color schemes, navigation, content and more. Many of the sites she's designed were created with very little input other than a rough idea of colors and navigational scheme. Heather's creativity helps her to continually come up with just the right concepts for each client site. In her freetime, Heather enjoys drawing, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Deb Sawyers Deb joined EZSolution as our web programmer in 2006 with over 7 years of web programming experience. To date, Deb has created a multitude of successful interactive applications, shopping cart programs and complex shipping modules and has only begun to work her magic for EZSolution's clients. A confessed sci fi junky, Deb brings her imagination for how things could be to the reality of today, often creating new applications based solely on a client's vision. When she's not writing thousands of lines of programming "gibberish," as she calls it, Deb enjoys watching Nascar, listening to heavy metal music and spending time with her family.

Marie Sonder Marie joined the design staff at EZSolution in early 2007 after completing several successful freelance projects and a brief stint at another web design firm. A graduate of Katherine Gibbs School of Norristown, PA with an Associate's Degree in Visual Communications, Marie originally hoped to work in the world of print design, but found more opportunities to work in the web design field. A quick learner, Marie has easily adapted to designing for the web and enjoys the challenges it brings. Currently, Marie creates conceptual designs and eye-catching logos for client sites and has quickly learned to "code" new websites. In her spare time, Marie enjoys making home improvements to her new home, and fishing. She also loves to spend time with her husband, Terry and daughter, Alicia. Fred Hauck Fred is a graduate of Penn State University. He joined EZSolution in 1999 as our Web Developer. Fred takes care of the ongoing maintenance of client sites, assists Heather in building sites for new clients, and handles customer requests and inquiries. Fred makes sure that all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed, often creating and implementing new administrative procedures to help our business run more efficiently. Sue Worthing Sue joined EZSolution in the summer of 2005 as our Administrative Assistant after an 18 year career in the legal field. When she's not answering the phone, helping clients with e-mail problems or updating websites, Sue excels at maintaining 'employee happiness' around the office. Her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail compel her to keep the office supply closet full and the kitchen stocked with 'goodies'! In addition, Sue organizes office parties, decorates our office with fresh paint and updated pictures. Sue enjoys spending time with her son, Luke, her husband, Mark, and her 2 cats. Susan Krutsick Susan is a native of Bethesda, Maryland and attended Ohio State University. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing, spending 23 years in outside sales to commercial and industrial businesses in Lancaster and Berks counties. Susan joined EZSolution in late 2007 as a sales assistant, contacting prospective customers and scheduling appointments for Tom and Kay. Susan is active in her church and community, serving on various committees and boards. In her spare time Susan enjoys reading, baking, music and dancing. Susan also loves the outdoors, especially when travelling the country with her husband Bernard. Jeff Weaver Jeff brings over 15 years of computer networking experience and an established client base to EZSolution's growing networking department. Jeff joined EZSolution as a technology consultant following EZSolution's purchase of his successful technology company, Bedrock Computers, in 2006. Relieved of the administrative side of running his business, Jeff now has more time to assist clients in evaluating their networking needs and planning for their future growth. When Jeff is not working on his latest networking project, he enjoys singing with his wife, spending time with his 4 children, playing softball and 'puttering' around the house. Brad Roth Brad joined the technical staff at EZSolution in 2007 with over 11 years of experience in the IT field. A Microsoft Certified Professional, Brad brings extensive expertise and a wealth of experience to our growing client list. In addition to his career in the IT field, Brad has also served as a volunteer firefighter for over 30 years and a soccer referee for the last 14 years. Brad is married to his wife Donna and has two daughters (Missy and Amanda). Josh Burkholder Josh joined EZSolution's technical department in 2008 after earning his MCP and graduating from ComputerTraining.com, a Microsoft technology training academy. Josh currently serves in the United States Marine Corp. reserves in addition to his duties at EZSolution. He is currently pursuing MCSA and MCSE certifications as he continues to get to know our growing list of clients. In his spare time Josh enjoys spending time with his fiance Jenn and has set a wedding date of August 9, 2008. Josh also enjoys action films, sci-fi, swordplay, puzzle/strategy games, Batman and camping. Mike Elligson Mike joined EZSolution's technical department in 2008 after earning his MCP and MOUS certifications from ComputerTraining.com, a Microsoft technology training academy. Prior to working in the computer technology field, Mike worked with animals at Sight and Sound and worked as a laborer and forklift driver for Stief. Mike is happily married and has a young daughter.
