We received a notice from XO Communication that they will be doing some maintenance to one of their main fiber lines in the area starting Monday night December 5th around 11:30 PM and the work may continue until about 5:00 AM on Tuesday. They are expecting that they will be completed in less than 3 hours if everything goes as planned. This means that EZSolution and a lot of other individuals and companies in central PA will be without internet service during this time period. We understand that this is a big inconvenience to our clients but this is something beyond our control.

This is the impact that this will have on our clients:

• All web sites hosted by EZSolution will be unavailable.
• Webmail will be unavailable.
• If you use an email client like Outlook to connect to our mail server you will be unable to connect to send and receive any emails.
• If someone tries to send you an email they will receive a bounce back notice that our system is unavailable. Most email systems will keep retrying to send the emails for up to 24 hours. You should receive any and all emails sent to you after our internet is back online.

Over the past several days a spammer has been attacking our email server and because of this we have been having issues with sending and receiving of emails. Our system is not allowing them in but they are still causing connection issues at different times during the day. We hope that they stop this attack soon so email can return to normal.

We are currently having issues with our email software. We are working with the software company to get the issue resolved as soon a possible.

We have received an update that this project is on hold. We will send out another email as soon as we know that is rescheduled.
