Question #1 :: How Long Have You Been In Business?
Tom Malesic started EZSolution in 1997 after a successful career in sales and marketing. Tom saw the vast potential that the internet would have for small businesses and began designing websites for clients out of his home office.
As the Internet became more mainstream and more businesses realized the importance of having a website, Tom began to take on more business and expanded his services to include internet marketing as well.
In 2000, Tom hired his first 3 employees and moved to a professional office building. With more time to concentrate on the sales side of the business, Tom was able to continue EZSolution's expansion and soon moved his new team to EZSolution's current office in early 2001.
In early 2005, Tom expanded his business again, this time adding computer networking services to the mix. The goal was to provide superior computer support and networking services. In 2006, EZSolution's networking division expanded significantly with the acquision of Bedrock Computers, a local computer networking firm known for its quality service to small and medium-sized businesses.
Today, EZSolution's staff has expanded into a team of specialized professionals who all remember that having fun is one of the keys to providing superior service to clients.
Our "Culture"
Though EZSolution is a corporation, there's nothing really "corporate" about it. Since the beginning, Tom has always provided his employees with a fun and free working environment where input and creativity are not only welcomed, but encouraged.
Each Monday morning staff meeting begins with a spirited round of Balderdash and a healthy dose of laughter. Monthly "fun days" are also part of the package at EZSolution, where both boss and employees enjoy bowling, movies, pizza or even a round of miniature golf. The result is a team of dedicated professionals who stay with the company, get along well and provide superior service to our growing list of clients.
