Meet The EZSolution Crew

Tom is a graduate of Penn State University. He started EZSolution in 1997 with a vision for technology. Tom's philosophy has always been that the clients come first. Even with the tremendous growth the company has experienced, his conviction to this philosophy has not waned. He continues to be very hands-on, directing the day to day operations in web design, marketing, sales and customer service, delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure the business runs smoothly. He even answers the phone on occasion. In 2009, Tom published his first book WHAT YOUR WEB DEVELOPER NEVER TELLS YOU

Don Naslanic Don is a graduate of the University of Scranton. He joined EZSolution in August 2009 after more than 25 years of technology sales encompassing consumer electronics to network systems and business software. Don works with new clients, introducing them to the benefits of having a powerful website and showing them how EZSolution can design their website for them. His outside interests include spending time with his wife, Susan, music (classical and Jazz), books, physical fitness, hiking and hunting. Amy Christaldi Amy is a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College with a degree in Business Administration. Amy worked as a technical support rep. and computer instructor before joining us in 2000 as our Marketing Director. After working with our internet marketing clients for over 7 years, Amy recently took over as Project Manager and now works as a liason between our web development team and our clients. Amy also assists clients with their copywriting needs, often taking the wording from an old brochure or a concept the customer has come up with and adding a new spin that's descriptive and internet friendly. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband Rob, going to the beach, scrollsawing and reading. Heather Hurst Heather graduated from The Art Institute of Philadelphia with a degree in Computer Animation in 1999. Her childhood dream was to be a become a Disney animator and, with a box of crayons, she began her passion for art. By the time she reached college, hand-drawn animation was no longer common place in the industry and she turned her attention to graphic design and the web. In Spring of 2000, Heather put her artistic talent to work for EZSolution web clients. Today, Heather is our Senior Web Designer, which means, yes, she works on conceptual designs, but she also is instrumental in building and maintaining our websites as well. Heather listens to and works with each client to get that design that matches their business image. She says her job is to create a the client's ideal "look and feel" for each site. Heather got married recently and, while there are no children in the Hurst household, there is a nose-licking tabby cat named Bella. On her own time, Heather still continues to engage her passion for traditional art by doing commissioned character drawings at trade shows and through her personal website. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as quiet time with a good book. Deb Sawyers Deb joined EZSolution as our web programmer in 2006 with over 7 years of web programming experience. To date, Deb has created a multitude of successful interactive applications, shopping cart programs and complex shipping modules and has only begun to work her magic for EZSolution's clients. A confessed sci fi junky, Deb brings her imagination for how things could be to the reality of today, often creating new applications based solely on a client's vision. When she's not writing thousands of lines of programming "gibberish," as she calls it, Deb enjoys watching Nascar, listening to heavy metal music and spending time with her family. Favorite Food Groups: chocolate and pepsi :) Favorite Color: I enjoy the absense of color Favorite Movie: action and sci fi Favorite Car: 1978 Trans Am (but I'd take a Corvette any day) Favorite Animal: Dragon (does that count as an animal?) Marie Sonder Marie joined the design staff at EZSolution in early 2007 after completing several successful freelance projects and a brief stint at another web design firm. A graduate of Katherine Gibbs School of Norristown, PA with an Associate's Degree in Visual Communications, Marie originally hoped to work in the world of print design, but found more opportunities to work in the web design field. A quick learner, Marie has easily adapted to designing for the web and enjoys the challenges it brings. Currently, Marie creates conceptual designs and eye-catching logos for client sites and has quickly learned to "code" new websites. In her spare time, Marie enjoys making home improvements to her new home, and fishing. She also loves to spend time with her husband, Terry and daughter, Alicia. Matt Boaman Matt is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Computer Science in 2007. After completing two successful internships and working for an insurance company, Matt joined the EZSolution team as a programmer in 2009. He enjoys working on large scale database driven websites and providing solutions to complex problems. In addition to programming, Matt also brings search engine optimization and social media skill sets to the table. This helps our clients obtain and maintain the coveted Top 10 Ranking placement in Google's organic search engine results. In his spare time, Matt enjoys driving his Mustang, playing Texas Hold Em Poker, and spending time with family and friends. Fred Hauck Fred is a graduate of Penn State University. He joined EZSolution in 1999. He was the very first employee of EZSolution. His initial role was as a Web Developer. Today, Fred asissts in the ongoing maintenance of client sites. He also designs the company newsletters, works on our social media campaigns and is the go to guy for random tasks. In his spare time he and wife Joni take many vacations around the country/world to visit golf courses, baseball stadiums and partake of the local sports bar beers. Sue Worthing Sue joined EZSolution in the summer of 2005 as our Administrative Assistant after an 18 year career in the legal field. When she's not answering the phone, helping clients with e-mail problems or updating websites, Sue excels at maintaining 'employee happiness' around the office. Her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail compel her to keep the office supply closet full and the kitchen stocked with 'goodies'! In addition, Sue organizes office parties, decorates our office with fresh paint and updated pictures. Sue enjoys spending time with her son, Luke, her husband, Mark, and her 2 cats. Susan Krutsick Susan is a native of Bethesda, Maryland and attended Ohio State University. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing, spending 23 years in outside sales to commercial and industrial businesses in Lancaster and Berks counties. Susan joined EZSolution in late 2007 as a sales assistant, contacting prospective customers and scheduling appointments for Tom. Susan is active in her church and community, serving on various committees and boards. In her spare time Susan enjoys reading, baking, music and dancing. Susan also loves the outdoors, especially when travelling the country with her husband Bernard.
