2. To be available for emergencies.
3. To be available when I have questions.
4. To have the knowledge and experience to solve problems quickly.
5. To find and fix problems I didn't know I had.
6. To remove & prevent viruses.
7. To provide general maintenance and support.
8. To be professional and courteous.
9. To explain things in language I understand.
10. To treat me like I'm the only client he has.
